Summary
Serving as Confederate soldiers, the Reno brothers steal a Union army payroll at the end of the Civil War, not knowing that the war has ended. Returning home, the eldest, Vance (Egan), finds his sweetheart Cathy (Paget) has married his younger brother Clint (Presley) after hearing reports that Vance was dead. To complicate matters, Cathy still loves Vance--and the Union army is hunting him down. Moviegoers were introduced to Elvis Presley in this film. Elvis sings four songs, including the title song
